Carnation Cutter Set

We love the ruffley amazing little flower puffs these cutters make!  Super easy to use, just cut out, and use a ball tool to frill the edges before rolling them up into perfect puffs!  Attach the puffs together for larger carnations, or top an entire cake with them!
