Zafiro White Compound Chocolate 5kg Made in Spain

White compound chocolate, in the form of 2.5 cm drops, designed for confectionery, pastry, and bakery products. With excellent shine, taste, and texture, it is a very good alternative to real chocolate.

Ingredients: sugar, fractionated and fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel oil), whey powder, whole milk powder, emulsifiers (E322, E492, E472c), flavorings.
